Transforming to a More Equitable and Inclusive Workplace

We want to be intentional and inclusive in everything we do, and every decision we make. From how we hire, to how we reward, to how we grow and promote.

So we’re transforming our tools and systems to remove subjectivity. And we’re providing coaching for the decision-making moments that matter, helping leaders to spot – and stop – bias.


We’re working to advance equal pay at Rich’s.

From openly sharing pay ranges and full compensation statements in the UK and the US, to helping some of our hourly associates to get their paychecks faster through real-time payment. We’re also giving workshops in India to empower women’s financial well-being.


We’re championing an inclusive approach to our benefits programs. Whether it’s mental health, caregiving or financial planning support, we’re offering resources to support the unique needs of our people.

We’re also making our policies gender neutral. Expanding our leave policy to include pregnancy loss in the UK. And strengthening the support and benefits we provide to caregivers and parents around the globe.
