Rich’s Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) are inclusive, associate-led communities that celebrate and unite around what matters most to our people. Open to all associates, they play a key role in fostering belonging and advancing our commitment to Putting People First across the organization.

Our four groups in Brazil focus on empowering women, people with disabilities and LGBTQIA+ and associates of color.

Focused on supporting and empowering associates of color, this group celebrates the unique backgrounds, ethnicities and cultures at Rich’s.

Creating an environment where everyone feels safe and supported, this group empowers and advocates for our LGBTQ+ community.
