Rich’s Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) are inclusive, associate-led communities that celebrate and unite around what matters most to our people. Open to all associates, they play a key role in fostering belonging and advancing our commitment to Putting People First across the organization.

To help create a more inclusive and accessible space at Rich’s for all. We welcome everyone to join us in having fun, learning, and making a positive impact together.

For more than 20 years, OWN (Our Women’s Network) has been working to support and empower women in the workplace.

Representing the evolving needs of working parents and focused on providing resources to support working parents through all stages of parenthood.

Navigating your early career can be difficult, but you’re not alone! All are welcome in this group focused on networking, career development, personal brand building and collective community impact.

Mexico’s Associate-led Resource Groups support women’s well-being and provide a community for parents and caregivers to connect and support each other in the workplace.

Uniting and supporting veterans and their families, we empower and connect them to thrive both personally and professionally.
